VICTORIAN VETERINARY REHABILITATION CENTRE

“Animals are sentient, intelligent, perceptive, funny and entertaining. We owe them a duty of care as we do to children.”

Michael Morpurgo

At the Victorian Veterinary Rehabilitation Centre we love to see your pets thrive

Established in 2015, VVRC are industry leaders in Canine and Feline rehabilitation. At the only purpose-built facility in Victoria, we are a one-stop shop for all your rehabilitation needs.

Our dually qualified rehabilitation veterinarian, Dr Rebecca Ainsworth oversees our consulting rooms, exercise yard, workroom/gym area, and wet room including underwater treadmills, therapy pool and kennel rooms.

“Over the years, we’ve seen so many positive outcomes in our patients, including reduced pain, improved mobility, and better recoveries from surgery. I hope that more patients are able to access and are encouraged to pursue Rehabilitation.”

“Although not seen as a standard or necessary treatment for pets (like they are for humans), rehabilitation and physiotherapy can positively impact our pets, improving pain and mobility and assisting with recovery from surgery.”
